“Ordered a carry out large pepperoni pizza last night and it was perfect for my pizza tastes. Thin, crispy crust (I ordered it well done), great taste, good crust. They use a good amount of pepperoni, which I liked. I asked for pepperoni on top of the cheese, I think their norm is pepperoni beneath the cheese. I also indulged in an order of garlic cheese bread which was perfect- crispy bread, gooey cheese and garlic butter! Delish! If you’re looking for a good local Chicago pizza option that is good quality, nice people, and reasonably priced, I recommend Papa’s Place. Warm, cozy place to eat in also.”

“A very nice place. I stopped there with out of state guests, from Denver. Even though this was the first time we had been there, we were welcomed like we were old friends. We were told about all the different dishes, that were homemade by the lady (owners wife?) that was telling us about them. All of our food was very good and the country fried chicken is worth the 25 minute wait, it takes to prepare. Our server was also very nice. The owner made sure to stop by our table, before we left and was very gracious. We all had a very pleasant time and the man playing Christmas songs on the keyboard, added to the charm of this place.”
