“As a small business owner, I've been very happy here. It has all the amenities I need, including two loading docks, shipping supplies (tape, pallet jacks, dollies etc), an overhead garage door and more. The units are spacious with utilities included and room to expand. But what makes this location truly stand out is the excellent management. The property manager often goes above and beyond for the tenants and greets everyone with a smile. It gives a great vibe to the place, making it somewhere you look forward to working at. I've had few concerns, but the ones I brought to her attention were addressed pretty much immediately. Communication is phenomenal. So I can easily recommend this location to any small business interested in a turn-key warehouse space or small office.”

“Unlike some other places, this Supervised storage location does not bait and switch you on fees. It’s not climate controlled, and to be honest, somewhat basic, but we’ve used them for the last 5-6 years and never had complaints. Their opening hours are not always convenient but they tell me they’re reviewing them so people can access at the weekends. Do that and you get 5 stars for the value”
