(October 25, 2021, 6:00 pm)Tim is the guy. Walked in to acquire about a used Cx-9. Tim was very forward and communicated well. This Cx-9 was a trade in that they had just received and was not available to see or test drive.
This vehicle was the one we wanted so we were going to get the paperwork signed and come back another day to put up the Mazda. During the checkout process Tim informed us that the Mazda had passed inspection and would be brought right over from their sister location
I loved the simplicity of the process, even in the finance department, no pushy upselling.
The guys at Dupage Jeep are doing an honorable job. Thank you for your help again
