She is so knowledgeable about travel destinations, transportation, and any of the small details you might wonder about when you travel abroad. She patiently takes time to respond to all questions. Her attention to detail is also superb. When we were planning a trip out of the country, she alerted us in a timely fashion that our passports would need to be renewed. Once, our flight was significantly delayed and she contacted US to help navigate the changes we needed to make. She offhandedly mentioned that she likes to track the flights of her clients to make sure just such problems don't occur for them. Another time she dropped off travel documents to our home. There aren't many travel agents as dedicated as that! Barb has offered valuable travel advice on so many trips through the years. “Superb!!!! The most hospitable, honest, welcoming, professional from entering the shop until exiting. Did ever happened to you to have break down on the road, get towed to a place out of your state an not knowing what to expect. It did happened to me and my wife, but lick brought us here. The most hospitable gentleman Dave waited us at the door with big smile and most honest handshake. Made us feel very welcome and invited us in the cozy waitroom. He made sure that we know the quote before any repair is done. Our car was road ready in notime, and the most important of all my wife was very happy. Behind the desk is another gentleman Dave and Nathan that make this shop even more superb. When you read reviews sometimes they are fake, but I spoke with many clients while waiting and I assure you that this place is spectacular. They have me as client for life , thank you.”
