“The owner was quite offensive when I was trying to obtain a replacement needle valve that had broke after 2 months of use. This was 2 months ago now and I still have not received my repaired or replaced needle valve? At this point I have finally given up and will just buy another brand of needle valve to replace the defective one, as I get a feeling I will never see the one that I sent back. Not pleased with this company it will no longer by Perry Products.”

“It was New Year's Eve and our sump pump went out...and it was raining! My husband and I were in a total panic and knew it would be hard to find a plumber who could come out that day. I found a couple plumbers on Yelp who had good reviews. Boss Plumbing was one of them. We heard back from Joe right away and he even showed up within a couple hours and swapped out our failing sump pump and backup battery to a much better system. He's not only really skilled at what he does but he's super friendly and talked to my husband in great length about the installation process. Very grateful to have Boss Plumbing take care of us that day!”
