“My husband and I were there in late December and had a very good experience with the young lady at the register, I wish I would have asked for her name. The second time, yesterday, 01/01, we weren't greeted by the gentleman at the door, then I proceeded to ask if we needed to give him the coupon for a free dog wash and he said no, but we honestly didn't feel very welcome by him at all. I just wanted to rush and get out of there with our pit bull, until a young lady came over and asked us if we needed anything and talked for a bit, she even helped me look for a collar for our dog while my husband finished up the pup, she was super friendly and will definitely be back because of her service.”

“After looking at many other stores in the area, my husband and I bought our DREAM couch here. I couldn't believe their quality and selection. In my mind I had a vision of what I wanted and I saw the perfect couch. (cream, comfortable, deep, fashionable and functional for a family of five) That is quite a tall order! Our salesman, Dave T., was perfect. He wasn't pushy at all and he was super knowledgeable. He had both my husband and I laughing and enjoying the process! My husband was concerned about a light colored couch with three kids and Dave T. told us about their cleaning service warranty which cleans any stain that I can't. It was worth the small cost to give us security for five years (and bonus: if we don't use it, we get that money as credit that we can use at the store for another purchase). Dave T. listened to what we wanted and helped us. We've had our cream couches now for 6 months and there has been no problem with stains and it is as comfortable as it was when we first got it. Value City has earned itself a long term customer and a very satisfied customer.”

“I was very impressed by the lovely set up of the room. From glitter confetti on the table to balloons and wall decoration. Every place we had booked before, didn’t have anything, we had to bring starting from the cups and napkins to balloons. The owner of the place so as staff was nice and patient with us. I was pleasantly surprised and I know we will be back to celebrate more birthdays. We had our daughters first birthday but my almost 5 year old was enjoying a lot of things there as well! Pool of balls, sand box, carousel .. she had a lot of fun so as our little one! Place is clean which is the most important thing to me !!owners are nice people! Thank you kiddy club!”
