“We had a leak on a water heater that was installed a few months ago. The plumber who installed it was sick and unable to look at it that day. I called Virgil and he made time to meet me within the hour! He was professional and knowledgeable. He spotted many large errors in the previous plumber’s work, took the time to explain the issues, and gave a quote to fix the issues. However, he didn’t feel we should have to pay to have the problems fixed since we were in such a crummy spot and the errors were made due to laziness if the previous plumber. He suggested we point out all of the issues to the previous plumber to see if we could have them fixed for free. It’s not often you find ethical people who aren’t trying to swindle you get money out of you! I would HIGHLY recommend calling Virgil if you have a problem. I know he will be the first number on my list next time we need something. Great guy!”

“Believe it or not, I had a flag emergency. Around 3:30pm, I realized I needed a flag for the next morning for work. And I found two places that had the flag: This place and another unnamed location. They both closed in 30 minutes, and I opted for the other one because it was closer, even if more expensive. I told them I'd be there 3-5 minutes after they closed, and it would be quick. They didn't like it but said yes, and would have it ready for me. So I went, arriving 4 minutes after close, and they were locked up and gone. Grr! In panic, I called Flags USA, Judi answered and said she was just about to leave, but she would stay open for me. "Are you sure?" I asked. She said it was okay. I arrived nearly 30 minutes after they closed, and Judi was happy to attend to me and sell me the flag for more affordably than that other wicked place. I've left a total of three reviews in my life. “Any Climate installed my AC unit many, many years ago and they were, by far, the most professional outfit that provided a quote to me. Today, I called them again to replace my water heater, and they did a great job. The technician was very thorough, polite and finished the installation in 3 hours. I highly recommend them. I have compared others and Any Climate has always been superb. I can recall experiences with their competitors that wouldn't be so flattering. I think it's best not to mention their names.”
