I had a pleasant gentleman tell me I had the right bulb but I was changing the wrong one (high beam instead of the headlight). In this bitter cold, he offered to come outside to show me. He fixed it for me and then fixed an issue I had closing the hood. Amazing customer service! Thank you! Thank you!”
