I discovered that the glass vase was cracked and leaking water. We called and they immediately came and picked up the flowers, replaced the vase and returned the flowers in mint condition. Their service was outstanding.”

“Expanded from their St. Charles location, Buttonman Gaming in Warrenville is more gaming centric. The building, a former bank, has plenty of gaming space as well as a large selection of games for role-playing and board games. Staff is friendly and there are regular gaming events. For gaming needs I think this is the better of the locations and I look forward to coming here regularly. I'm excited that there appears to be room to expand as well, with room for more inventory and more events.”

Despite the situation, I felt like he was honest with helping explain the situation and eventually helped me replace the furnace because that was the best option, although he could have fixed it.
