“I had a great experience here today. I was waited on by Chris, a wonderful lady. Though she was busy taking care of items in the office she saw me and said, "I'm sorry, how may I help you?" She took care of all my mailing needs as well as the purchase of my JFK collection stamps. All with a cheery attitude and a smile and she was the only employee in the PO. I'd give her a 10 star rating. I hope she's there next time I'm in need of postal service.”

“I had a pleasant experience here. I received the runaround from both the tracking website (which was not accurate) and from the automated phone system (which made me hold for over an hour) but in the end I walked into this branch, told them my address, and a rather pleasant employee went and got it for me from the back. I give no rating reduction because of the bad online and phone experience; the missing star is due to the apparent failure of the delivery person to put a "sorry we missed you" paper in my mailbox. But I flagged the item to be held online, went to the branch, and sure enough, there it was. Good thing someone was paying attention - credit where credit is due.”
