Our sales rep was so busy but was so dedicated to assure we were getting what we’re buying. The system was slow and searching for things took time. He was very apologetic but he was doing the best he could with what he had to work with. All and all he did great.

My firs visit in that La-z-Boy store was not very pleasant. I was the only customer in the store. I was trying to buy 2 new Harbor Town style recliners. I purchased my current ones probably 20 years ago.
I was looking for different fabrics to chose from. The person present in the store was not very attentive( he was a manager-I learned later).
When I asked a specific question regarding particular fabric on the display he answered " I don't know "!?
He was not very eager to find out what was a fabric number etc. He must have been very busy as I was the only customer present....
I wasn't going to return to that store but I have. To my pleasant surprise a nice lady approached me promptly offering assistance.
Sue spend several hours ( I visted the store 3 times before I made a purchase) trying to help me to make the right choice. She was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. And the most valuable virtue of all- extremely patient! Thank you Sue.
May be some managers need to learn from their employees for the benefit of customers and the store...

The furniture they sell costs a little bit more but it is made to last. My last chair lasted well over 10 years. I love La Z Boy

Just had a great experience choosing our new recliner. Jonathan is the store manager and he was so knowledgeable and really took the time to help us make the right choices. Highly recommend this store and if you get the opportunity to work with Jonathan, take it! Can’t wait to get our new, super comfy, recliner! We will definitely be back when it’s time to replace the couches!

Dave was very helpful, he knows the product. He was not pushy and made us comfortable so much that we did not go anywhere else to look at recliners.
