“This is a great hotel. The bed was very comfy and the room was perfect size. I was staying here for 1 night and although I didn’t spend too much time in the hotel, the experience was great. The staff was very helpful and kind! The showers were a bit dirty and it was a bit difficult to get in our room with the keycard. We had to get a staff to help us. The elevator is also really slow and there’s no nearby stairs on our floor. Other than that, the experience was great and the staff is very friendly.”

“I have rented a large unit here for 10 years. It's a family owned facility, and the owner, Sam is a very cool guy. Angelo is his son, and he now helps out on managing the facility. They are both great guys. The place is very quiet. It's on a side street, in a residential area which borders a commercial area. When you go there, you are usually the only person there. There is no piped in music, no noise really, at all. You could be out in the country. The railroad tracks are close by, and you hear the trains go by. You drive right up to your unit, so there is no walking long distance to load and unload. The people who rent units here probably heard about it from friends. It is so much nicer and laid back than the big commercial chains.”

“My first visit and they didn't know it was National Chili Cheese Day (third Thursday of July) and I feasted on a couple coneys. Unfortunately their chili has beans and they use pump cheese sauce under the chili. I prefer shredded cheese and no beans. Pretty decent fries, not fresh cut, reminiscent of McD's in size. I'd definitely stop back and the 2 dog special is popular and a good value at $7.75, saves you $1.25. Friendly staff always a bonus.”

“Maha Abboud is a wonderful doctor she puts in time, effort, and care to each individual’s case. She recommends treatments that fit with you and your personal budget. She only give patients the treatment that they need and estimates their case appropriately. She will not waste your time and truly one of the only doctors that has your best interest in mind! She and her staff are genuine and treat people with the respect they deserve! Many rude patients come on here after being discharged because of THEIR own rude behavior and feel the agency to comment negatively while are highly bias when the office and the doctors conduct themselves according to the patients best interest”

“Adept replaced our old leaking Skylight and chimney housing (also old and leaking) for furnace vent, installed new vents on the roof for bathroom and Kitchen range hood, and enlarged soffit vents to fix poor attic ventilation. Gerry came out and did an estimate the next day after I called. Among all the roofers we talked to, he was our favorite. He understood our concerns about each item we wanted to work on and the solutions he provided chimed in with the way we preferred to resolve the problems. His quote was not the lowest nor the highest, but had a reasonable price that we felt comfortable to pay and believed the project could be done well at. Also his quote was detailed, showing the process they were gonna perform and materials they were gonna use, as well as the price for each item. So we could decide what item we wanted do this time and easily figured out the total cost of them (The quote suggested to replace the gutter which was really old. But we decided to do it next time when replacing the roof). He and his office were responsive to my emails when I had questions about the quote. After I signed the contract, Gerry and two of his guys came out within a week. The two contractors worked the whole day and finished everything! It has been 1.5 months since then. We went through several storms. We don't see any leak so far. They did a good job!”

“Pulled in on the same day my muffler started to get really loud. These guys were amazing. Addressed me as soon as I walked in and had my car on the lift within 10 minutes. They showed me exactly what the issue was and said it would be fixed in 20 minutes. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place. Amazing and expedient service. “This review is based on conversations with a few of their employees. Service was not done at the present time, however had I chose to do so, I would be happy as this review is. (First time customer) Stopped in last week as someone decided to cut off catalytic converter on my vehicle and I was in need of a place that serviced that particular need as the shop I used to go to is a Muffler shop only but way into the city of Chicago. From the first meeting with Mark to setting up a time and day to get my vehicle on, to the call and explanation of parts and prices today, and the good old honesty from when picking up the vehicle today was something I have not witnessed or seen in years coming from an automotive shop. Nathan was very courteous and respectful to me regarding the issue and my few options to get the converter fixed. I like that he treated me with respect and understood my decision in not wanting to fix the vehicle at the time do to the price for the stupidity of someone stealing it. The shop was busy and I did have to wait a few days to get the car in but nonetheless, even if I chose not to do business with them at the time, they appreciated ME, the customer for giving them a chance to look at the car and still did not charge for the diagnosis after the fact. In the end of the conversation, Dave had recommended another shop locally that may be able to help, however I told him I chose them over his recommendation which I did have an option to go to as well based on the reviews read on here. Do not second guess this shop if your car needs honest work by honest mechanics. I would return to this shop as it is now local to me for other automotive needs!”

“At the intersection of Roosevelt and Ardmore a few minutes ago, I saw a young white male panhandling. The guy was clean and dressed like any college student. I was waiting to turn left, about 8 cars back. I saw an officer slow down and put on his lights to talk to the kid. I figured he was going to scurry him along, but instead he handed him a bottle of water! It's hot today and that was a really kind gesture. Kudos to you, Villa Park Policeman who has a heart.”

“I took my grandmother to this gentleman for injections in her eyes. This doctor was so precise, swift, and professional with humorous bedside/ chairside manner. He really does make his patients feel very confident and comfortable; as well as, very detailed and thorough about the etiology of the diagnosis, the procedure process, risk and alternatives procedure if any. I would recommend this ophthalmologist to everybody.. Now some of the girls need a few refresher course of professionalism in a healthcare setting, but for the most part their friendly.”
