She listened to my daughters symptoms and was very informative! We left there so happy! My daughter raved the whole drive back home. Which was an hour and 10 minute drive. Totally worth the drive! “Due to a previous negative experience at a different facility, I was incredibly nervous today to have my CT Heart Scan at this Cardiac Evaluation Center in Lisle. And by nervous, I mean...I was a wreck! However, after being warmly welcomed into the CEC area, I was immediately put at ease. I shared my concerns with the technicians, and they immediately demonstrated to me that they would go out of their way to ensure my comfort. When I was worried that the machine would be just as claustrophobic as I remembered from a different location, they allowed me to enter the scan room and try out the table & scanner for myself so that I could get a feel for it. Susan, the CT professional, went out of her way to explain every step of the procedure so that I would know exactly what to expect- and she gave me the sense that my comfort was her priority. Wow! I wish I had known about Susan and the excellent team at this facility; I would have saved myself a lot of needless worrying! Thank you, Susan and team for being excellent at what you do!
