I stood there waiting for a few minutes and none of them paid any attention. I felt like I was being ignored. I know they saw me. I thought that was very strange. Finally, one of them asked if they could help me. I don't think that was professional for any of them not to notice I was waiting and not say anything. I was right there in front of them. The professional thing to say if busy would be for one of them to say they would be with me shortly or such.”
