“What a wonderful company! Referred by a friend Andy came to my house to give me an estimate on my ducts and soiled carpet. My air ducts had not been cleaned in many years so the dust and even black mold were evident upon inspection. Not only was the price fair but what an outstanding job he did and he supplied an industrial fan to ensure the carpet dried thoroughly. The carpet came out beautifull and the house smells fresh and clean. The air conditioning even seems to work better. I would recommend Andy to everyone I know. What a great experience. They are also knowledgeable, and you can ask them about anything inside the store. I went to the store to look for new rugs. The store is also well-organized by department, and as I walked to the rug section, I couldn't help but notice how clean everything was. The whole place is clean, even when there is a lot of stuff, and everything is organized on their shelves. As expected, they have a wonderful selection and it is really hard to choose because everything looks great and everything has good quality too. The prices are also fair and reasonable. I chose only one, and I am definitely happy with it. I also took the chance to buy other things that I needed. Even though we reserve them under Priceline, we were not guaranteed to get all four at the same location, so we are very thankful to Jose for finding vans and get them at his location. Jose was very professional, accommodating and provided the assistance needed at the time needed. I would highly recommend him and this location for future need. I was also offered after hour location at O'Hare, which shows great customer service.”

“My son and I came in on several occasions to purchase a bike good for the city and for trails. We bought the FX-1 in his preferred color-black! Outfitted with special tires, bike lock, tire locks, new helmet, water bottle holder, and pump, he is now ready to jaunt around Chicago. The staff--many who helped us both in the front with sales and the back with service--were all incredibly knowledgeable, patient with my son who is new to biking, and helpful with suggestions on how best to prevent theft in the downtown environment. I bought a Trek 20 years ago for a sprint distance triathalon and remembered the quality of the bikes. Inspired by his lightweight and smooth gears on my son's new FX-1, I pulled out my classic Trek and it's scheduled for a tune up and new tires as well. It still rides great after all these years. Could not recommend the product or this store and it's staff any higher. Thank you! (We may be back soon to upgrade! lol)”
