“I was passing through the area on a road trip when my motorcycle broke down. Even though Caiden's Garage is a car shop, John, the owner, was willing to look at my bike right away. Since I was from out of town, he stayed late to work on the problem, (bad battery and recharging system), and even fixed a couple of problems that my mechanic in Chicago missed (loose clutch cable, dirty carburetors). All in a few hours. I was back on the road within 2-3 hours of bringing my bike in AND it was in better shape than it was when I started my road trip. I can't speak highly enough of this guy. If my mechanic in Chicago was half as smart as John, I wouldn't have been in this situation to begin with. John, I'm not sure if you read these reviews, but I made it to Albuquerque, NM as planned on the bike. Thanks again for everything.”

“In late January of 2019, my truck stopped running on 294 south in Chicago. I was able to get it over to the side of the road, but it was completely dead, leaving me with no heat in 3* F weather at 6:30 in the evening. The owner of Southland took my call and came out with one of his employees to diagnose and repair a very difficult electrical problem that a lot of shops would have had difficulty fixing in their garage. They got me back on the road within a few hours of me contacting them. I would personally recommend this business to anyone who needs great work done under any conditions.”
