“I went here for an 2 hour introductory class on coffee roasting sponsored by my kid's school. Dan is the proprietor and warmly welcomed me and other guests to his artisanal coffee roasting company. Dan gave an informal lecture on coffee and roasting. Dan's kids helped during the roasting and cupping demonstration. Dan explained his coffee roasting operation and how he sourced his beans. I enjoy coffee and was very happy to learn how to "cup" the freshly roasted coffee we made. I will enjoy ordering coffee from here knowing Dan is at the helm of the roaster!”
