Brian came out a couple weeks ago and diagnosed our furnace issue. While the part was on back order Mainline Heating & Air Service kept us informed. When the part arrived, Brian came out to install the part and was very courteous, helpful and timely. Good experience with two different technicians. Keep up the great work.

Before Brian from Mainline Heating & Air Service even arrived, I received a text with his picture telling me he was on his way. I found comfort in knowing who will be arriving at my house and what he looked like. Brian was very professional and friendly. He was in and out within an hour and knew what to investigate first. I would definitely recommend Empire Heating & Air Conditioning in the future. Their service was welcoming and friendly.

Our AC stopped running on Friday night , after calling a number of different AC companies we chose Mainline Heating & Air Service because they were able to come out the next morning. Brian from Mainline Heating & Air Service arrived , diagnosed the problem, installed a new motor and filter within 45 minutes. Brian was professional and courteous and did a great job ! Great customer service !

Brian is the best at what he does. He was on time, diagnosed the problem, assembled parts quickly and fixed the furnace. He was very professional and I found it a great pleasure to work with him.
