“My experience was pretty good. I was able to make an appointment online, and my truck was serviced at my appointment time. No three hour waits. You can also purchase your tires online, and they will be available next day. I didn't give four stars because when I called to confirm they had my tire in stock. The service rep told me there were 11 choices available in store. When I arrived, they didn't have my tire size. We were able to find something that worked out very well. The rep I worked with was very solutions oriented.”

“Went to AutoZone first get RainX brand wipers for my car spent close to 20 mins in the store with no help or acknowledgement from staff, left location disappointed without purchasing. After AutoZone want to Advanced Auto Parts since they are the closest location. Upon entering the store immediately was greeted by an employee that said he will be with me as soon as he's done with his customer, within few minutes I was assisted and bought what I needed and based on service provided ended up buying some other stuff for the car that I was going to wait to buy. Will revisit this location again and will highly recommend it.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Willy. He's not normally at this store, but he was helping Adam out. It was my first time here as I recently moved into the area, and I have to say that my oil change experience was awesome. They even pointed out some of the stupidity of my Toyota dealer, such as installing my directional tires backwards, which were causing my car to have less traction and wear out quicker. Willy was extremely knowledgeable and really helpful. I will definitely visit this location again, and I hope I can work with Willy again!”

“I was a mechanic for fifteen years. I've seen all kinds of cars that had bodywork done. Some good, some bad. I would always ask people where it was repaired. I've seen wood screws to hold panels on, zip ties to hold things together, and double stick tape to hold on trim. Every job I've ever seen that Dundee collision did was excellent. I've used them myself three times. Always great work. The best in the area. I wouldn't go anywhere else with my cars and I always recommend them. Got my car back today after a hit and run and it's another great job. They are the best body shop around.”
