All that said, I never had any issues with the shoes after the purchase, so I haven't had any experience with their after-sales support. I would highly recommend reading all the reviews here and going to Yelp for the reviews there. This store may struggle in that area. I only recently came across these reviews... Since these shoes are often a larger purchase, I am definitely second-guessing ever coming back.”

“So to be fair, we have been sleep number bed owners for about 6 years and we LOVE the thing!! We are in the process of moving and wanted to upgrade! We were so excited this little store opened right in Algonquin. We were hoping we wouldn't have to drive all the way out to lock down our new bed! And sleep number overall is just amazing. My husband likes sleeping on much firmer beds while I would love to just jump and burrow into a pile of pillows... very very different sleep preferences. And now that my husband has started to take on the delightful characteristic of snoring, we opted for the i8 Queen so we can easily lift up the head of the bed for when I cant take anymore noise! They offered a great number of accessories too that we are excited to test run! We bought a couple pair of sheets (since we have the lifting bed... they are specially made to accommodate so they don't pop off) and some pillows! Excited for the delivery!”

“My family and I don't come very often but we do every once in a while. Last night when my family and I went, it was our first time to get a Christmas tree from here. The selection was huge and organized, which made things easier to deal with and know what we wanted and the price range in which we wanted to spend. The gentleman whom helped us with our tree was great. He was very pleasant and did a fantastic job with getting the tree ready for us, and loading it up. The other associates were just as nice and were willing to help however they could. The store looked beautiful and there was a lot of decorations to look at that we wanted to buy. They did a great job setting the place up for Christmas. Plus, they had free hot cocoa.”
