“I’ve been going to the same eye doctor for 20 years, but when my insurance changed recently I had to find a new one. I was very nervous about it, but I decided to try Target Optical in South Elgin based on all the good reviews. Everyone I came in contact with at this location was amazing to me! The front desk people are all so nice. I tried two different eye doctors because my eyes weren’t adjusting to the first prescription well. Both doctors were so nice and made me comfortable. The manager, Kelsey, is amazing and willing to work with you until you’re completely satisfied. I’m very happy with my experience here. I’ll be going back! Big thanks to Kelsey!”

“Absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever used! I am from a Walgreens family and was becoming more and more disgruntled by their lack of service, long wait times, etc. When an insurance change necessitated transferring to CVS, I was hesitant to choose a pharmacy without a drive thru. But since I frequent Target roughly 360 days/year, I figured it wouldn't hurt to give it a go. Wow am I glad I did! The service here is top notch, from the friendly employees to the informative pharmacist to the text updates about my prescriptions. And I am continually blown away by how fast they fill new Rx's each and every time. Thank you for your exceptional care to the patients you serve! I am a CVS customer for life now.”

“I always find great stuff at great prices at Ross. The trade-off is that it's not always as neat as it could be and it has a chatic feel compared to similar stores. But they can't be beat on prices--especially decorative pillows, dog beds, furniture items, etc. We always go there FIRST.”

“The customer service is excellent. For being just a storefront they stock pretty much anything anyone needs for their pool plus plenty of the fun stuff. If you need a large item (ex. pool cover) you will probably need to have them order it but that’s typically a planned purchase anyway so no problem! Everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful. The big box store down the street is fun but I’d choose these guys over them in a heartbeat even if it cost me a little more (I honestly have not compared prices to know).”
