“Our family joined Flatlander Fitness last year and we really enjoy working out here. My oldest son, husband, and I attend the classes often. Our two younger sons participate in the young athlete training classes when they are not busy with sports. They can't wait to be able to join the adult classes! Every day is different so you will never be bored. The trainers are all excellent and they really know what they are doing and talking about - they don't just talk the talk, they practice what they teach. They can and will modify parts of the workout for members who need modifications because they want each individual member to be successful. This is not a big box gym - this is PERSONAL training in a group setting. Be prepared to work really hard! If you commit and work hard, you will see results!”
