“I’m going to be completely honest and say I only come here out of my way for my doctor. (Dr. Michael Rivera) he is truly amazing and tends to every health concern or issue I have ever had. If he ever left this place and moved elsewhere I’d travel out to a further town to be seen by him. I’ve been seen by the other doctors here as well, but none could compare. Let me say they’re not bad either, I just don’t feel the same level of comfort. The medical field has changed A LOT over the years and most doctors DO NOT care. I have NEVER had any bad experience with him. I have been seeing Mr. Rivera since I was 16 years old and I am 23 now. I seriously don’t believe that man ever has a bad day. If he has, I couldn’t ever tell because he treats me well, with respect, provides me with dignity and care each visit. I also want to take the time to give credit to a woman who’s I want to say a phlebotomist? I forgot her name unfortunately, but will update my review with her name once I find out. She is Caucasian, wears glasses, short hair, about 5'3 and a very warming smile. She also happens to be very tending and caring of her patients. She takes the time to talk to you and feel welcomed rather than grabbing blood and sending you on your way like an average blood bank. As far as anyone being rude I only had one encounterment by a woman I believe her name was Barbra? Maybe she just had a bad day and hopefully she worked on it by the time any new patients come in.”
