“I got a good monthly fee when I started here . The machines that I use , elliptical and weights work with no issues Some of the elliptical machines heart rate does not work but that is not a big deal to me At peak times the garbage cans can be overflowing but being retired I don't usually go during those times anymore. I am usually welcomed when I enter and leave.”

“I have to give the ladies on the front desk & Rachel, who gave me the most wonderful, deep tissue massage-a total of 5 stars. Although there were problems encountered with my gift card, (the gift card was purchased for me from my daughters) I cannot hold the ladies at the South Elgin location responsible, as the gift card was purchased at a different location. And that is a whole other story, one that I won't get into on this review. My daughter is currently looking into the matter. Anyway, THANK YOU, Ladies, for a relaxing & wonderful experience. I'll be back!”
