“Beautiful job on a vintage chair I had refinished. Jesse stripped the chair so I could paint the frame before they reupholstered it. The chair had lots of tufting on the back and I didn't want any tufting on the back. Jesse told me he might have to do a little tufting to make the fabric lay right across the back since it was curved. To my delight when I picked it up he was able to do it without any tufting! I feel that Jesse really listened to what I asked for and worked hard to make sure I was happy with the finished product!”

Our washer broke a week ago and we weren’t ready to buy a new one so we went to several places in the Aurora area over the weekend to find a decent used one to replace it. This place had the best selection and best prices out of all the ones we visited. The young man that was at their shop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up buying both a washer and dryer from them, they both run well and are very quiet. They even delivered and installed them for us the very next day, even though it was Sunday! “These guys were great. By chance they were scheduled to replace my water heater during the polar vortex. I figured they'd want to reschedule but they came out and took care of the installation no problem. They were extremely conscientious, courteous, and quick, bringing several aspects of the water heater up to code that weren't properly done when the house was first built. Not only this, they helped me scrape ice out from under my garage door to help keep a pipe from freezing in my garage, checked that my furnace vent wasn't blocked with snow, and gave me several other pieces of advice on how to care for my home during extreme cold (which, as a relatively new homeowner, I definitely appreciated). Overall Ed really went above and beyond and I highly recommend this company.”
