“As much as it sucks to get towed, this place makes it a little less painful. I came home to find my car “gone”. As I have never had an issue with parking at my destination before, I had first thought it was stolen! Before making assumptions I called the towing company even though the hours of business were closed. The man who answered was not sure if my car had been towed so he called the driver right away to find out if it was impounded. Within 10 minutes the driver called me to let me know that indeed it was picked up and if I wanted to come pick it up. I was already on route when I had told the driver I was picking it up. It was past 1 am... and the driver rushed to the shop to let me take my car out. He was also very easy going and light-hearted about the situation. For all I know, he didn’t have to stop what he was doing, probably sleeping, to come out in the freezing weather to let me take my car. They could have easily told me to wait until their store hours. Thank you for being kind and flexible to make a towing experience less annoying!”
