We called to make sure the unit we were interested in was still available to view on a Wed night and when we arrived, Jim was ready for us with both our model interest and suggestions of similar models. When we came back on Saturday for purchase and pick up, Joel introduced us to Nick who did an excellent job going over the entire rig and answering all of our questions. They had it completely gone through, replaced a broken jack and even went above and beyond to repair and seal a small blemish on the door of the outside kitchen. Totally didn't expect a repair but certainly appreciate their incredible attention to detail. That is the kind of service an A++ business provides. We also had our young boys with us and they were treated just as well! Peanut butter cups the first day and popcorn the second. Everyone thanked us for our business and insisted that if we ever have any questions or run into any needs, they're only a call away. “I highly recommend Family Storage! This is a great storage facility and by far the best in the area. I stored some items that I care about for two years at this facility. I was extremely pleased when I retrieved my items they were as clean and in the same condition as if I put them in storage yesterday instead of two years ago! The facility is modern, spotless and well designed with a drainage system built to protect against storm runoff which is a problem in our area. The business is family owned and operated. The rates are reasonable. The owners are good people and a pleasure to do business with. If you care about the things you are storing, I strongly suggest you check them out before settling for one of the other facilities in the area.”

I was having a rough day having to wait 7 hours and we talked for a bit. He changed my negative mood to positive. As for the loading expect to wait awhile. “I have been to Great Lakes Technologies a few times to buy Wen Refurbished power tools for my hobby woodworking shop. Paul Brahar who manages the sale of these tools is very good and hard working. He walks all over the warehouse getting the goods ready and does the billing work etc. Of the several tools I bought I only had issue with one of the smallest ones the impact driver and when I emailed Paul, he promptly dispatched a replacement for me. All the tools are working very well without any issues. For anyone who is looking at craigslist for tools, these are so much better and value for money.”
