“Nabila and Jesse are amazing! I always dreaded threading, being a girl with some thick brows and loooooow pain tolerance when it comes to hair removal, but I loved the shape it gave. Nabila worked with me to get me feeling more comfortable. Eventually I mustered up the courage to get a Brazilian. While it took a few tries to figure out what worked best for me, Nabila was always patient with me and now remembers exactly what I like without having to ask whenever I come in. I haven't had any services from Jesse, but he is always very polite and personable. Always asking about myself and my family. I've seen him help an elderly lady out to her car, just polite. I've seen some reviews that comment on their "poor costumer service" and I definitely think it's an unfair judgement. Nabila speaks English well, but has some trouble with lengthy conversation. She is quiet, but will chat if you talk to her, which I feel is just her cultural upbringing. She has always been very patient with me when I'm being a baby about my hair removal, making sure to do what she can to ease the pain. Great little gem of a place for this town to have.”

Well, I have so far had 5 different women and I have had a great cut each time. They keep notes in the computer of what I prefer and I never have to explain myself. And having the Great Clips app, I can check-in and know when to be there so I do not have to wait in there shop. You are always welcomed and given a smile... it is a comfortable place.”
