“Had them install a hot water heater a couple of days ago. Called them 3 pm Wednesday. They showed up at my house 8 am the next morning to measure and that afternoon the install was complete. They deal with A.O. Smith water heaters and I purchased mine through them for $550. They are charging another $200 for the install. The lowest price I found online for that exact model water heater was $600. There are cheaper models out there, but this water heater is clearly higher quality than I had previously and I think it was a good deal.”

“The discovery of a full septic on a Sunday afternoon led to an overnight stay in a hotel, but I received a returned phone call within hours of leaving a message on Sunday. I was told 8AM arrival on Monday and the gentleman was there shortly after 7:30AM. He worked SO HARD to make sure that the main line was also cleared. This could've been a plumber's job for another $150 but he didn't want to give up that easily. He was persistent, hard-working, and polite. Make the call to Nature's Environmental Services and you won't need to call anywhere else.”

“We woke up this morning with no water!! Mike was here in 1/2 hour. He changed our pressure switch on our well pump in a short time and checked out all the faucets etc to make sure we were good to go. He even brought us a thermos of coffee, knowing we couldn't make any without water. Who else could you call for repairs that could come so quick and for such a great price!?!? They do everything!
