“Clean, new buildings. The buildings in the area are also nice and new. The food market & some businesses are within walking distance, even for seniors. You must make an appointment to see the manager/sales person. The rent is relatively inexpensive, but if your income is high enough, they won't take you. A small pet is allowed.”
