“Signature Stairs has been incredibly professional and did excellent work. Someone came out twice before the project ever even started: first to make sure we had an accurate quote, at which time he pointed out a couple of possible issues. Then he came out again after we accepted their estimate to make sure all measurements were accurate. The only issue we had is that I had to call to find out how long before the work would be starting. But when I expressed concerns at a conflict, the team worked with us to accommodate our scheduling needs, and the day they put in the stairs, everything went very smoothly. Their estimate was a bit higher than the other one I got, but the other place just had me send a few photos. Signature broke down the quote into a base fee plus a couple of add-ons, so we knew exactly what to expect and decided for ourselves whether we wanted to pay for that. I'd rather pay a little more and know that what I'm getting will really be what I want rather than being surprised by problems down the line. Really great job, guys--you've been a pleasure to worth with!”
