They worked with my insurance company. My installation went as planned after that. Fast forward to the giant wind storm we just experienced. I have a few shingles blow off my roof. Expecting it to be a few days for them to come out and look at it after I called, they had someone at my house the same day. The team that showed up got the shingles that needed replacing and within an hour had it all repaired. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of getting my roof fixed.
