“We rented from here a few years ago when doing some home remodeling. So, after a successful rental the first time, we looked no where else but here. The online reservation system was easy to use and Debbi called a bit later to set up a time to view the unit. After viewing the unit, Debbi was extremely patient as the computer system was not finding the unit I reserved online. She took her time to find determine the issue and was able to get the unit I had reserved. She provided excellent customer service on a busy Saturday. I cannot recommend Debbi and this Public Storage enough.”
