“I think Sam's Club is an amazing store, especially the eating area, but I think they need to make the cash registers more organized. But my biggest problem was when it was my birthday we ordered a cake from Sams Club. We ordered a 2 tier cake with vanilla cake on the top and chocolate cake on the bottom layer. They did the opposite, chocolate on top and vanilla on the bottom. We were already mad. Also we ordered a fake fondant flower on the top tier. We didn't get that either. We told the lady and they didn't have the color i wanted. I choose a different color, and my dad hands the cake to the lady so she can put the flower on. Instead, she hands the flower and the cake back to my dad for him to put it on! We were basically making our own cake by now! Eventually we left without a flower! It was my birthday, which is supposed to be a good day. But it wasn't. On top of it the lady wasn't even nice or apologetic! I feel like that was only one bad experience, but everything else, expect the bakery is good and nice.”
