Customer service and faith in humanity has been restored with “the auto mechanic guys”… The typical stigma of “You’re gonna get screwed by the auto mechanic guy” is shattered by Bartels here!! Helpful, fast, efficient, courteous, professional, intelligent, down-to-earth, realistic, reasonable, and just down right perfect. Where do I begin… I brought my truck back to them after they treated me well and did me right with a new tire alignment over a year ago so they were the first that came to mind when I needed a new right front axle on my RAM 1500. This time around they shuttled me to and from my office and actually gave me a loner car for use overnight since the part needed to be ordered and wasn’t available same day (Which wasn’t their fault either BTW). In what world are we living in seeing a loner car given out for a $512 repair? I feel like this is a dream… I will go out of my way to make sure that if anyone asks me where to take their vehicle for any type of service to tell them to bring their car/truck here. I hope others find this review helpful but I’m not even kidding when I say that this is quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever received in my entire life regarding ANYTHING. “The driver(s) was supposed to call before delivering pods, so that I could tell them where to place the pods. That did not happen. Loading the pods is a lot easier if the pods are as NEAR to your door as possible and the doors to the pods face the correct direction.The only reason I got the pods placed correctly was because I asked my stay at home neighbor to be on the look out for the truck. Another problem was that one of the pods leaked. LUCKILY, a couple of bed pillows absorbed most of the water.”
