“Great playground and splash pad. This playground has a huge amount of swings and two separate sets, one that is better for older kids and one that is more suitable for younger kids. The spash pad is perfect for hot summer days when you don't want to turn your yard into a mud pit or wasting your own water. My only complaint is that there is no tree coverage so no shade. With the splash pad that makes sense but I wish there was some shade for the playground. Oh and the bench set up isn't ideal. Lots of central benches and just two off by themselves.”

“Great little park. Has green space and the splash pad right next to it is perfect size for kids. You turn it on by tapping the top single yellow post nearest the park on the inside of the fensed area, which is great if you have a kid who is a runner. The bathrooms are small but smell awesome, I think the combination of cedar wood and the airfresheners they use make it smell like sandalwood or something, a pleasant surprise. It is a park with football field, ball field, and even a two mile walking path loop. Something for everyone.”

“Great flat trails for walking or biking, alone or with others. The public restrooms are clean compares to other preserves I've been to in the area. Not the most exciting place when it comes to scenery, but that's to be expected when you're in Lake County.”

“Great place to get in a quick run or walk. Main loop is 3.6 miles with options to extend with the small loop. Beautiful space to enjoy a little bit of nature.”

“They have renovated the park in the last few years and added a lovely playground with slides and swings. There is a rain garden that is nice and should help with drainage although it does draw mosquitoes. There is a covered patio with tables where you could have a gathering and there are benches and picnic tables throughout the park. There is a cordoned off area of beach to play in and the swim zone is clearly marked. It's a beautiful spot to hang out and look over the lake!”
