I was greeted by the friendly staff and the owner (Fallon) asked how she could help me and she was so great with the right questions to ask to get the info about exactly what my boys needed that she was able to narrow is down to just 2 foods. I was just amazed at her product knowledge, its rare to find that these days. I made my purchase and my boys love the new food and they are both doing so much better thanks to Fallon and Fosters Healthy Pets. I have been back since and had a great experience.
