“This place is awesome! I came here on a whim and I've been asking for Jan every Monday now for my 60 min mixed massage. She mixes in skillfully some deep tissue , Swedish, hot stones and stretching. “Highly recommend Timeless Interiors!! We contacted them about a kitchen remodel (along with floors and adjoining rooms) in early 2022. Karen worked with us to come up with some great design options. Customer service was excellent and she did a great job of taking our input and converting that into a well-designed plan for our home while sticking within our budget. Once the work began, everything was well communicated. The craftmanship and attention to detail was really the high point. Everyone on their crew went to great lengths to make sure everything was done right and looked great once finished. Again, can't say enough about the high service level. They even went so far as to help jump our car's dead battery one morning! The only downside of the experience was the appliances, which really wasn't the fault of Timeless. We had purchased appliances understanding they were in stock but had to scramble to find replacements once the work began (No thanks to Ferguson Appliances!). With all the supply chain delays, I just suggest you have your appliance plan locked in early. Timeless made the issue much more manageable by working around a delay and coming up with some superb solutions with an alternate item. About a week after the job was over; they did a final inspection to make sure we were 100% satisfied (yes, we were). We plan to use them again on our next project. They've even checked my vehicles on occasion when I thought something was wrong, and reassured me there wasn't without any charge to me. They work with you on cost effective tire solutions, including telling me I still had life in my tires and could wait to replace them instead of pressuring me into doing it right then and there. They work with you to do what is best for you at the time, which is very rare these days. I go to them for advice on all of our vehicles, which they are happy to give whether it involves a repair or not. The service is impeccable!
