They buffed the trunk, properly repainted and matched the color of the spoiler and installed it perfectly. Even cleaned the car for me before pick-up. “Kevin is the founder and is a great guy. My personal trainer is Eric. He’s absolutely phenomenal. My biggest concern was to prevent further injury to areas where I’ve had surgery in the past. I had both knees scoped, surgeries to repair a broken hand and a broken foot. I was shocked at how attentive Eric was to these areas. He implemented certain exercises that helped strengthen and stabilize my joints, ligaments and tendons. He uses pneumatic air pressure to offer the perfect amount of resistance that does not strain the soft tissue. His equipment is state of the art. His knowledge is extensive. His passion and ability to motivate is second to none. I’ve worked out with him for 3 weeks and have already lost 25 pounds and can see an actual change in my body’s shape. “Top quality training, great learning environment. My son and I started learning judo four months ago and I am very happy to have joined here. Before joining, I was in poor health after major surgery and since then, my fitness levels have increased greatly. Judo is like physical chess. It is important to consider the learning environment of a martial arts club. Barrington Judo Club's coaches are in their fifties and there are 6 or 7 black belts. Some of them have competed at the National levels in their countries (France, Mexico...). They are mature and have a fatherly attitude towards the students. Other martial arts clubs that have just one teacher can become abusive as he is all powerful. Some MMA/BJJ clubs have a tough guy attitude and the instructor injures his pupils to show his displeasure. I am glad Barrington Judo Club is not like those clubs. There are thankfully no contracts. Many other clubs require an annual contract. My son and I highly recommend this club for you to learn judo.”
