“Kevin is the founder and is a great guy. My personal trainer is Eric. He’s absolutely phenomenal. My biggest concern was to prevent further injury to areas where I’ve had surgery in the past. I had both knees scoped, surgeries to repair a broken hand and a broken foot. I was shocked at how attentive Eric was to these areas. He implemented certain exercises that helped strengthen and stabilize my joints, ligaments and tendons. He uses pneumatic air pressure to offer the perfect amount of resistance that does not strain the soft tissue. His equipment is state of the art. His knowledge is extensive.
