“Not a bad shopping experience. Went in for a few things and I noticed that for the most part, the majority of people who were shopping were wearing a mask. I appreciate it. I did notice that the signs on the floor telling you which direction to go were gone. “The Goddard School in Hawthorn Woods is an extension of our family. We have had our two kids there for almost 3 years and I cannot imagine bringing them elsewhere for childcare. Safety and compassion are the two most important things I look for in a childcare setting and Goddard excels in both categories. Everyone who works there, the owners, directors, and teachers, takes the time to get to know each of the families. The teachers really care about the children and are always there to offer a high five or a hug. The staff ensures that their students are both physically, mentally, and emotionally cared for. Communication is open and honest. Above all else, I never have to question my kids' safety at Goddard. I'm thankful everyday that my children have the opportunity to be in such a nurturing environment with amazing caregivers.”

“This is a nice pool for families and kids. There are two body water slides, two diving boards, one swim lap lane, a basic "big" pool that goes from 3-5 feet, and a really nice little kid pool with zero depth entry, small water slides and the pool goes to 3 feet. They sell a good range of concessions, and there are designated eating areas. The staff does try to keep this pool clean and safe. If your child does not meet the height requirement for the slides/diving board, but is a strong swimmer, they can take a swim test to get a wrist band to wear indicating it's ok for them to use the slides.”
