The front desk lady with dark long hair is very snarky. She gave me attitude when i checked in because i forgot to sign the consent thing. She needs to be trained on customer service.”

“DON’t listen to the google map. It shows totally wrong direction. It is actually near Nordstrom Rack, not in the mall area. I had to call them and ask them to tell me where to go. But i really like this Torrid. They carry most of the stuff that other Torrid doesn’t have. The staff is very friendly as well. I did travel 3 Torrid same day and I will go to this one straight next time.”
