Him and his wife were gracious with their time, talking out the process to craft the most beautiful engagement ring. They happily shared their jewelry knowledge in order to do the right thing. They provided great choices and insight when I picked out the special gemstone, an ocean blue sapphire. When I returned to see the wax mold I could tell Arthur put thought into his work with pride. The final product was stunning. Arthur has years and years of honest, hardworking bench experience and it is quite obvious when you see the ring.
