Just like I remember having as a child. ( German descent) The service was great. My coffee cup never went empty and everyone was so very friendly. Karl is a very experienced and professional trainer who has been in this profession for a very long time and knows what it takes in order to train you to get you to where you want to be physically. His workouts are challenging, but never boring or dangerous due to hit emphasis on form, technique, and all around safety.
