“I had just moved here. So I came in on a Saturday to get my license, registration and plates. The whole process went smoothly. I would go early, because they are super busy. All the staff I dealt with( about 6 of them) were all super nice and helpful. I was in there for 1.5 hrs, but I had more then average to get done. As for having to take the written license test again. That stinks for sure. It would be nice if there is a quiter location to do it. The computers for the testing worked well and the process was easy. Just distracting for people that have a harder time taking tests. But, that isn't the workers fault at all.”

“They went beyond my expectations. I was expecting a package with overnight shipping that contained my passport that was sent for a travel Visa but I had no record of the tracking number. The express package was about a week late. The day before I was set to travel, I went to the post office to see if there was anything they could do. There were three people promptly helping me. They let me know there were two more shipments coming in, at 1-2PM that same day and then again at 6AM the next morning. They took my information and promised to call. I left with minimal expectations thinking I was not going on my trip. At about 2:03 PM, I got a call from an enthusiastic staff member who told me my package came and asked if I wanted it held or delivered. I went to pick it up and was greeted with friendly service yet AGAIN. The morning after, I received a call from one of the ladies who helped me the day prior who was making sure I got my package. Thank you all!”
