I was in the store for a few hours because it is quite large and lots of great items. I put a pair of boots and a vest on hold and went to Dover to see what they had. My experience over there was not as pleasant! I was very happy to return to saddlers row and make my purchase of my boots. They gained me as an equestrian customer forever! I will also point out that this was my first visit in their store and at Dover and will always return to Saddlers Row hands down just because of how well they treated me!”

However, there was no contact between the time that I ordered it and when it showed up at my door.
