The entire staff took care of our girl for almost a week. They tried feeding her, going to the store to find food for Emma to blend and feed. In the end Emma was suffering and in pain. Nothing more could be done though they tried. Thank you all so much. We all shared in her passing. Thank you for your letter to our family. Brought our girl in today for her yearly checkup. All good. “I took my rescue kitten to Companion Animal Hospital in Lake Zurich and could not have had a better experience. Upon my first call to their location they were able to articulate to me the out-of-pocket costs for the procedure so I could be prepared. The day before the procedure they called me to remind me about withholding food and water before surgery. And then they called me back to make sure I understood the cost and to see if I had any questions. When I dropped the kitten off I got such a good vibe from the place that I got her outstanding booster shot done while I was there. While she was under they trimmed her nails at no cost to me. A nice touch. When she was ready I got a call to come get her. At pickup post surgical treatment was explained to me. The next day they called to see how she was doing. I own a pet sitting service and use lots of vets. This was a top notch experience from booking to recovery. Thank You!”
