Through Larrys help, my cardio stamina more than doubled, and Coach Tony helped me improve on my form and style of boxing. Coach Q is an excelent motivator, while putting you to work your ass off he keeps you going. Some of the workouts i did were competitve, which is good for me, i lost 10 pounds in the time I was there. I will definetly be returning soon.”
