“My son, who was visiting here from out of town, called and was told they had the exact cables he needed to fix something in my house. It turned out they didn't work. He charged the purchase. He's back in San Francisco. I went in today, with the receipt, to return them and they needed his credit card, in person, even though I had the number, etc. Against store policy. They offered me a store credit or gift card. I have no use for either nor does he, even when he comes back to visit. They made an exception and gave me the cash back! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! PLEASE give them your business but don't take advantage of their one time exception!!! Very appreciative!!!!!!”
