She spoke candidly about my daughter's treatment, prior to doing any work, and was upfront; I really appreciated that. She took time to listen to our concerns and answered all questions that I had. She showed true care/concern, didn't try to persuade us into doing any work or treatments that were not necessary, etc. and I was extremely appreciative of that. It spoke volumes about her character.
